Car
Peterborough’s testing venue is located within Sefton House, part of the Adam Court complex just off Newark Road on the eastern outskirts of the town. The A1(M) motorway passes just to the west of Peterborough, and provides good connecting routes to the town via the A47.
Parking
There are a reasonable number of parking spaces on-site, both directly in front of Sefton House, and near neighbouring buildings. Unfortunately, in the unlikely event that this car park is full, there are no local alternative car parks within relative walking distance. Furthermore, please note that parking is unavailable at weekends.
If you’re happy to navigate an onwards extensive walk/bus journey to the test centre from you’re the location of your parked vehicle, then please visit the relevant Parkopedia page, located here.
Bus
If taking advantage of Peterborough’s local bus network, we would encourage you, if possible, to target arrival at either Vicarage Farm Road or Saracen Way stops. Both of these destinations are within a five minute-walk’s of Sefton House.
Train
Peterborough Train Station is situated just to the west of the town centre and therefore is a considerable distance from the test site (roughly 4.5km). As navigating this route on foot would take approximately 45 minutes, we would encourage you to arrange alternative transport. However, unfortunately, using any connecting bus service between the station and venue will still result in the requirement of a lengthy walk between stops and buildings. Therefore, if travelling by train, the only viable option for your onwards journey to Sefton House is via taxi.
