Life in the UK Test Centres

The testing area is located on the Ground Floor of the building. There are a number of North East Scotland College graphics signposted on the front of the building, which will be clearly visible on your approach.

The testing area itself is located within Suite 1 of Ormeau House, which is a large, white building well signposted on arrival. The site is opposite De Cano’s hairdressers.

The venue is located in Gateway House. The testing area is based on the third floor of this building. Please access the site from the High Street side, locating the entrance between the ‘Love Chicken’ restaurant and Holland & Barrett.

The site accommodates wheelchair users, and guide dogs are permitted for the visually impaired.

The testing area is located within Suite 14/15 on the building’s second floor. Kings Court entrance is well-signposted on arrival onto Old Bank Street, however, from King Street, building signage is dominated by the Sama Restaurant. If arriving from the train station, you’ll pass Farmfoods supermarket just prior to reaching the test site.

Please note that there are multiple businesses that use the Kings Court building, with Meeting & Conference Rooms readily available for hire. Therefore, please ensure you arrive in plenty of time for your testing slot, so you have ample opportunity to locate the correct suite.

The testing area is located within the seventh floor of Vantage Point, which is a tired, brown-bricked building that wraps around New England Street and New England Road. As mentioned above, the entrance is positioned on New England Road, located next door to ‘Rayment Cycles’ bike store. The building is signposted on arrival, with the entrance point underneath a large, ‘Vantage Point’ sign.

The venue is kitted out with wheelchair access points, and also permits entry for guide dogs.

On arrival to Smart Street, please note that the entrance into Creswicke House is located at the southside of the building, as you’re heading downhill towards Corn Street.

The testing area is located on the fifth floor of Trafalgar House, which is a large orange-bricked building situated opposite JLT Premier Pensions. The building has ‘Biz Space’ branding on several areas of its facade, along with a large graphic stating ‘flexible office space’.

Please note that the testing area is located on the third floor. The building is easily identifiable by its old-fashioned design, and is connected to the site across the road via a noticeable enclosed footbridge. Guide dogs are permitted at this venue.

The testing area is located on the 8^th Floor of Grosvenor House, which is a large, white, office-style building located next door to Leon House estate agents.

The test centre is roughly halfway down ‘Sciennes’ road. If approaching the venue after using a bus or train service, it’s highly likely that you’ll enter ‘Sciennes’ from the northside of the road. From here, the venue is roughly halfway down the street, on the left-hand side.

The testing area is located on the second floor of the building, which is located on the corner of New North Street (B3183) and Bailey Street. Brittany House is a large, orange-bricked building, which is well-signposted on arrival.

Please be aware the testing area is located on the building’s first floor. The site is fitted with wheelchair access points and has lifts in operation; it also accommodates guide dogs for the visually impaired.

The Computer Learning Centre sits next door to the Strawberry Local convenience store, around 30m from Hounslow East station.

There is disabled access at this site, with wheelchair ramps and lifts available. Guide dogs are permitted for the visually impaired.

The testing area is located in Room 16A on the second floor of the Hub Business Centre, which is a large orange-bricked building which wraps around Civic Drive and Norwich Road. On approach, you’ll see a Tesco Express located on its Ground Floor.

The Iranian Association site is a large, white, ‘house-style’ building, sandwiched between Lilly’s Nails salon and Bombay Chow Indian restaurant.

The testing area resides on the fourth floor of Oxford House. This building has wheelchair access, and allows guide dogs on-site.

The testing area is located on the fifth floor of 60 Charles Street, which is a large white building positioned next door to Fosse Law Solicitors.

The test centre is located at 107-109 Lewisham High Street, and these numbers are printed in large font at the entrance doors. Please note that this building is located between BOD Global Services Ltd (money transference centre) and Rolls & Rems fabric store.

The testing area is located on the fourth floor of 1 Union Court, which is an old-fashioned, grand building with a blue-painted main entrance point.

This venue operates between the following hours:

• Monday: 9.30am-7.30pm
• Tuesday-Friday: 9.30am-5.00pm
• Please note that this site is closed on weekends.

Guide dogs are permitted within this building.

The testing area is located on the first floor of Kestrel House, which is a modern, light orange-bricked building well signposted on arrival.

The testing area is located on the 6^th Floor of Boulton House, which is a large, red-bricked building located opposite the National Express. The site is well sign-posted on arrival.

The testing area is located within the Ground Floor of Gloucester House; a large white-bricked building situated just off the A509. The site is signposted on arrival, and is identifiable by its red railings and entrance shelter.

The testing area is located on the fourth floor of the building. Arden House is well-signposted. The building is located next to the ‘Physiotherapy Matters’ centre. Please note that disabled access is available at this site, and guide dogs are permitted for the visually impaired.

The testing area is located in rooms 23 & 24 on the ground floor of Sackville Place, which is accessible by heading through the archway on Magdalen Street (labelled 44-48 Sackville Place). The building’s entrance is sandwiched between La Petite Coffee Shop and Beatniks music store.

The test centre is based in the northern outskirts of Nottingham, on Sherwood Rise, in the borough of New Basford.

The testing area is located within Unit A of Watlington House. The building is home to various other organisations, including ‘UK Building Plastics’, whose branding is well-advertised on arrival. As previously mentioned, the building sits adjacent to LIDL supermarket.

Sefton House is located in the far back corner of the complex, the furthest building away from the Adam Court entrance point. All buildings in this estate are identifiable by red-trimmed window ledges and doorways.

The testing area is located on the third floor of the building. Cobourg House is a large, white building which stretches parallel to Mayflower Street, and is well-signposted on arrival.

The venue itself is located within a white, ‘house-style’ building with black doors and window frames. The test site is part of the row of units next to the Everell Court flats and is directly opposite Zumos wellbeing centre.

The test site is located within a large white and blue building, with its entrance point clearly signposted on arrival. Several large, light-blue posters are positioned in the window, with graphics stating ‘Preston Test Centre’ clearly visible. The venue is directly next door to the Preston Academy of English.

The testing area is located on the 6^th Floor of Greyfriars House, a large, modern, office-style building with a marble-effect lower tier. The Highline entrance point is well signposted from the Garrard Street side.

The Synergy building is a brown-bricked, old-fashioned style building, which wraps around Hartshead and Bank Street. The entrance point on Bank Street is well signposted on arrival, with the inscription ‘Belgrave House’ also printed in the doorway.

Please note that the venue accommodates wheelchair users, and has lift facilities available. The testing area is located on the second floor of Boardman House. Please be aware that this is a busy building with multiple offices, so ensure you leave enough time to locate the right space.

The testing area is located on the fourth floor of 11-12 Wind Street, a gated building with a set of distinctive archways. The site sits adjacent to the Peppermint bar, and directly opposite Nando’s.

Victoria House is a standalone, one-level building. Wheelchair access is available at this site.

The venue is located adjacent to Ashfield Junior School, and shares the same car park entrance point. Please note that the test centre is wheelchair-friendly, and permits guide dog entry to accompany those who are visually impaired.
