The London borough of Lewisham is based in the southeast of the city, and is easily accessible via the A20. Lewisham’s Life in the UK testing venue is based in the heart of the area, just off Lewisham High Street. There is extremely limited parking on-site, so please find a different option below. For further information about local parking, please visit the following Parkopedia page.
Lewisham Shopping Centre
This site is open from 5.30am-8.00pm, Monday-Saturday, and 10.00am-5.00pm on Sundays. However, please note that differing charges apply depending on the time of parking. These are listed below:
Monday-Friday: 1 hour = £1.40, 2 hours = £2.80, 6 hours = £5, 7 hours = £8.
Saturday parking is charged at a flat rate of £2 for the full day.
This site accepts cash and card (including contactless) payments. This site accommodates disabled parking, and electronic vehicle charging facilities are available. The car park has over 800 spaces, so you should find no issue locating a space on your test day.
The venue is a short, 300m walk away from Lewisham Shopping Centre. Exit the car park and turn right onto Lewisham High Street. After 100m, turn right onto the Lewisham High Street slip road, and continue to the test centre. This will be located on your left-hand side.

Train
Lewisham has a train station that allows travel from both overground and light dockland railway services. Therefore, you should be able to easily reach Lewisham from the vast majority of London boroughs using one of these public transport modes.
If heading into Lewisham station, please note that onwards travel to the testing venue will take about seven minutes on foot. Exit the station and follow the A20 southbound to the clock tower. As per previous instructions, take a right onto Lewisham High Street slip road, and progress onto the venue.
Lewisham Train Station address
Lewisham Station,
Loampit Vale,
Lewisham,

If you require information on departure and arrival times, or just some information about facilities at the station, please head to the south-eastern railway website, located here.
Unfortunately, there are no longer any operational tube stations within the Lewisham area. The closest facility is located in Brockley, almost 3km away. This would involve a large amount of travel to reach the centre, so we would encourage you to use the available bus or train routes heading towards the centre of Lewisham.
Opening Hours
The venue operates between the following hours:

This site is closed on Sundays.
